He joined Phyto Pharma after completing his B.Sc., D. Pharm. With the support of team members, he developed the company's Quality Control lab. He also thoroughly studied the Ayurvedic manufacturing process. He has been working in the marketing of Phyto products in Maharashtra for the past 18-19 years. He is also the Managing Director of Nityam Dipakam Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, which he founded. He is mainly responsible for Product selection, Manufacturing planning, and the Marketing division. Nityam Dipakam benefits from his comprehensive expertise and experience in the marketing area.

She earned her BAMS while working as an Ayurvedic consultant. She gained clinical experience after graduation by working with an Ayurvedic doctor. She also visited S. G. Phyto on a monthly basis to master Ayurvedic Medicine production processes. She moved to Pune after her marriage. She completed her Ayurvedic clinical practice and worked with Phyto Pharma as a medical representative to gain skills in pharmaceutical marketing. Since its start, she has also served as the Director of Nityam Dipakam Pharma. She is in charge of Nityadip herbal soaps' production planning. She writes a few blogs, as well as articles on Ayurveda that have been published in journals and on the Nityam Dipakam blog. With the support of her husband, who works in the IT area, she is in charge of Nityam's social media promotion. They are both in look after marketing and exhibitions in Pune and the surrounding areas.

She has a master's degree (M.Sc.) in analytical chemistry. She worked at Okasa Pharma's Product Registration Department (PRD) (division of Cipla). She moved to Kolhapur after her marriage and joined the S. G. Phyto Pharma Q. C. department. She learned everything that was done at the company. After working in the Q. C. department, she moved on to the capsule’s division, where she learnt everything in extensive detail. She is now the Unit Head of a factory that manufactures all of the raw materials and basic Ayurvedic products, using all Ayurvedic text references and procedures. She has been with Phyto for the past 18 years. She is also founder member and Director of Nityam Dipakam Pharma. She is in charge of Nityam's marketing and administration.

She worked as a Register in the Kolhapur District Court, where she was in charge of nearly 750 personnel. She has nearly 32 years of experience working in District Court Accounts &Administration. She is working as a Director at S. G. Phyto Pharma Pvt. Ltd. following her retirement. She has been in charge of accounts and administration for the past ten years. She is also the director of Nityam Dipakam, where she is in charge of the organization's administration.

He achieved his B.Sc. and D.Pharm. degrees.  After finishing his education, he worked for a company as an MR (Medical Representative). Throughout his job/service years, he had a desire of starting his own Ayurvedic Pharma company, based on his family's expertise and Ayurvedic tradition. His ambition came true in the form of PHYTO PHARMA in 1980. With his father and uncle, He sowed the seed of this Ayurvedic pharmaceutical firm. This small seed is transformed into huge tree by name “S.G. Phyto Pharma Pvt. Ltd.” with his expertise and tremendous hard work carried out by him. With his knowledge and dedication, he has made a significant contribution. Now He has 39-40 years of expertise in Ayurvedic Medicines manufacturing and 49-50 years of experience in Pharma marketing. His zeal for work compelled him to launch a new company (Nityam Dipakam) three years before retiring from Phyto Pharma. He has a strong vision of bringing Ayurveda's benefits and awareness to the rest of the globe. He has an expertise in creating innovative formulations that have a need or demand in the market, in addition to production skills and a strong marketing passion. He is working as a Director of Nityam Dipakam, and he is looking towards the company's Kolhapur office. Along with routine office work, He is searching for new products, guiding the marketing team as well.
