Shipping Policy

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you and you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We shipproducts almost anywhere in India other than a few locations which our logistic partners do not serve. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment’s destination.

At what rate am I charged for shipping and packing?

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment and on the location of delivery.
Packing charges will be added for safe packing of bottles of 200 ml, 350 ml, 500 ml and 1 Litre shall be charged extra as per applicable

How and when is my order is dispatched?

Orders received will be processed and packed on the same or next working day subject to availability of the products. All Completed orders will be dispatched on the next business day by courier partners.
In certain cases, If there is a shortage of products which causes delays in dispatch. In this case, You will receive call or email from company.

In how many days do I get my order delivered?

We usually get your shipment delivered within 5-15 business days of your placing the order on our website depending on the location and the availability of the products.
Some remote locations take a longer time to be delivered.
We have partnered with multiple courier providers for shipment of orders and based on your location, we may ship your order through any one of them. Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Nobody available at the shipping address
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Other Force Measures.
  • A default of the Shipping Partner

If there is any further delay in shipping the products, One of our customer support staff will call you regarding the same.
If you are willing to wait we ship your product otherwise refund will be issued in 5 to 6 business days, once the package is returned to us.

Can I get order delivered urgently?

We will try our best to expedite the order processing on customer request, but delays by the courier companies, post dispatch are beyond our control. In such delays, we do not provide any refund

Do I get Notifications for the status of my order?

We send you a confirmation email once the order is shipped.

In case you want to check the shipment status in between you can track your order details in your account.

Our Courier partner then delivers the product to you at the address provided by you.

You may collect it after signing the acknowledgment with Contact No. It is mandatory to give Telephone # or Mobile # of the person who receives the package.

Can anyone staying on the delivery address collect the delivery?
Yes, however, if demanded by the courier partner, the receiver should possess any one of the following documents as ID proof to take delivery of the product:

  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • adhar Card

How can I track my order?

When a shipment is dispatched, Shipping partner provides a tracking Id, which we provide the Customer.
If the Shipping partner provides an online tracking facility, it can be checked over the provided URL. or the Tracking id can be checked by calling the Shipping partner.

Can I redirect my Shipment?

No. Shipment once dispatched, the address cannot be changed or shipment cannot be redirected.
